A few weeks ago, Avery and I dropped Blake off at her Saturday morning ballet class and then went outside to play with the beautiful green leaves that had fallen. I’ve never seen green leaves on the ground in Fall before, usually just dry colorful leaves that make the city look so beautiful this time of year. The green leaves were so stunning and Avery loved touching them. Our jackets matched them perfectly! I wore my old bomber jacket that I’ve had forever and luckily still fits since it’s such a big trend right now.

Green bomber jackets just never seem to stay away for too long. The trendy jacket is back stronger than ever the last few years, thanks to Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. Luckily I never got rid of mine. I’m not even sure why I hung on to it but I’m obviously glad I did! This time around we are seeing so may more versions of this jacket; oversized, shrunken, hooded, you name it. It’s a great wardrobe staple and its warm enough for those brisk Fall days. I don’t know if I’d try to wear it in the winter though as I seem to get colder the older I get and need many more layers! LOL

They sell them for men too, so if your boyfriend has one, you can borrow his! That covers you on the oversized bomber look. And if he doesn’t have one, it’s a great holiday gift idea that you can end up sharing!
